Ab Aajao Vaapas Dada

You are enough

Hello friends… hope all are growing and flowing with the Grace of the Divine.
Just wanted to share a personal insight with all of you.
A few months ago I was at a hill station and had gone for a walk in the morning.
I reached the edge of a hill and looked down at the beautiful valley and then at the vast sky above me and just marvelled at the magnificence of the Divine.. the vastness of the space that lay above and beyond me.
I stood still and soaked it all being in the moment and experiencing Love for the creator, for Dada.
As I turned to leave, my eyes fell upon a tiny purple flower growing amidst the wild grass. The flower was really small about this size 👉🏼🌸.
I gazed at the flower just looked at it in awe and a realisation dawned…it was as if the flower said to me- I am enough.
I realised in that moment that the flower’s presence was enough. In this vast universe that tiny flower was absolutely perfect the way it was. It grew there alone with no one to see it or appreciate it… yet it was complete and perfect radiating its grace by just being itself.
The flower was not competing for the spotlight or acknowledgement.
It existed there in the wilderness serving it’s purpose by just being.
In that moment I realised that I am enough..
The fact that I’m alive means I’m serving a purpose in God’s creation. Yet each one of us tries tirelessly to impress others and trying to make ourselves acceptable to others and ourselves.. never succeeding… always doubting and judging ourselves.
All we need is to recognise the hand of the Divine in our being itself and accept ourselves as we are… dropping all judgements so that we can radiate our inner beauty and grace .. effortlessly. ..

The flower also showed me that it was receiving everything that it needed …. rain, sun, air… all that it needed for its existence. It did not have to worry about its survival.
That tiny flower was being looked after… by the creator.
Dear friends…Dada is here to help us experience our true nature, love so that we all may live like that flower… innocent, pure, graceful, free and fearless… simply LOVE.
Let us nourish our connection with our Divine so that we may experience the bliss and joy of simply being.

Thank you my Most Beloved Divine Friend Dadashreeji for everything ❤🙏🏼
Mohini for Dada.

We are special

Had gone to sign a property transfer deed and the officer asked me for my thumb print. I replied that I could sign but he insisted on the thumb print and said that it was mandatory.
I wondered why he would ask me for a thumb print when I am literate.
Well I don’t know about the technical requirements but he surely gave me an insight. The impression of every individual’s thumb is unique and guess what, so are we.
None of us came down on Earth to breathe out carbon dioxide for trees. There is something special about us just like the print on our thumbs. None of us are misfits. Our birth itself was by the will of the Divine and He is the best casting director. All of us play a lead role in our lives. We just need to find out what we are good at.
Pray to which ever form of Divine you connect with naturally and ask about your uniqueness. Ask Him to infuse your life with passion and the required energy to complete your purpose. You will be in bliss.

Thank you Dada,
Mitr Shivam.

My Dada, My Hero.

Everyone talks about the glass being half full or half empty. The way you see the glass is how they think you look at life. Everyone has got their own notions about the half empty part and relate them with possibilities and opportunities but all of them miss out on the most important ingredient. In fact, that ingredient is the base of all that you can see with your naked eyes.
Think for a moment before you jump to the next para. What is it? That I cannot see. That has been with me since my origin and will stay with me until I merge… The ever present, beyond space and time. What is it?
The air.. how much ever of the glass is not full or is empty, contains the air which represents the most important aspect in our lives too-
GRACE-THE PRESENCE OF DIVINE IN OUR LIFE. It is always there, equal for every individual. It depends on us how much we are open to receive Grace.
The glass is your life, the water is you(self) and the air in it is the amount of grace in your life. Water ( I ) is heavy, probably the only weight the glass will carry. Air( Grace) , on the other hand, is light, effortless. The more the water(self) the heavier the glass(life) would be. Shake the glass(life) one time and the water(self) inside will take atleast a minute before it settles down. Shake an empty glass(full of grace) and the air(grace) inside would stay as it was. We have to lose weight(self) so that we can enjoy the airiness (grace), so that we can fly effortlessly. The glass is always full, it depends how much space you allow to be occupied by the ingredients that fill up your life.
Pray to which ever form of Divine you connect with to keep your glass(life) empty so that maximum grace(air) can fit in. So that who so ever consumes(comes in contact) you can taste that effortless nectar of Divine Love.
Thank you Dada for airing us all the time even when we are bent on pouring in water. Love you.
Mitr Shivam.

Happy Diwali

The day when Lord Ramchandra came back home to Ayodhya after 14 years of exile. What astounds me is not that He made it back home safely but that His people, including the then King Bharat set up a grand show to announce the arrival of The True King.
For fourteen years, His people did not hear from Him but they were waiting for His return. All of Ayodhya cried when He left and all took part in celebration when He came back. Such was the devotion towards Lord Ram Chandra that when He left with His wife Sita and brother Lakshman, Bharat placed Lord Ram’s divine sandals at the King’s throne and renounced all luxuries.
Why did all of them wait? Bharat could have rightly claimed the throne and 14 years is a long time to erase memory of Lord Ramchandra but they preferred to wait. A simple man who did not claim anything. All the world’s luxuries were at His feet and He did not think for a second about the consequences before He agreed to follow His father’s orders. He did not command respect. A man who is loved and prayed to since centuries only performed His dharma and loved unconditionally. It was His Divine Unconditional Love that kept His devotees loyal to Him for years in His physical absence. He proved that Love is the most powerful weapon. He ruled their hearts and not His kingdom.
Some centuries later, on the same day, The sixth Guru of Sikhs Guru Hargobind Ji was was released by Emperor Jahangir from his confinement but Guru sahib refused to leave without the rest of 52 princes who were confined with him. Jahangir had placed a bet which Guru Sahib won and left the confinement with all of them in one go. This day is celebrated as Bandi Chhor Divas ( Day of Liberation).
The Love of Guru Sahib for his devotees was unconditional and he could have done any thing for his devotees. This was a great example that proves Guru se Bada Bhakt hota Hai (the devotee is bigger than the Lord)
Let us celebrate Love this Diwali. Let us pray to Dada to jumpstart our heart with His Divine Love and light up diyas of kindness and compassion.
Mitra Shivam.

GIVE IT TO DADA

My brother and sister-in-law have been blessed with a baby recently. Everyone in the family from the children to the elders are overjoyed and full of excitement to welcome the new-born. So I had gone to pay a visit to the hospital to see and congratulate the elated couple. Amongst all the hustle and bustle going around, the child was fast asleep. I say it very often but that expression on the child’s face taught me what “sleeping like a baby” means. No TENSION, no fear and deep in his sleep, just looking at him would bring a broad smile to your face, the child was nothing short of a Divine being.

He is doing what newborns do best- deep in sleep, living in another world of dreams and yet they become a source of joy and radiate love.
Imagine if we all could sleep that way. No matter what life situation you are in, no matter how bad the conditions are but you get a sound sleep because He is guarding you and you have faith in Him that what ever is happening is His Will.

Quite often I GIVE IT TO DADA AND GO TO SLEEP and believe you me, that’s one of the best choices I have made.
The Divine is always willing to help but we try to do stuff in our own way and then it’s a crisscross of tangles. With all innocence, call out to the form of the Divine you connect with and ask Him to interfere. Once you do that, take a back seat and have faith in your faith.

In gratitude and eternal love,
Handing over my life’s reins to Dada,
Mitra Shivam.

GANESH CHATURTHI

Amongst all the festivals in India, this one is regarded as the most colourful and exciting which includes a 10 days long celebration.

He was short, heavy and his father severed his head because they both once got involved in a heated argument. To make up for the severed head, Shiv Ji replaced it with an elephant’s head with a missing tooth. You can very well imagine he wasn’t among the good looking Gods. So why do we worship our friend Ganesha?

He is never known to have hated any one, never kept ill will against any one and his innocence was beyond anyone’s reach. Though his father killed him and then gave him a rebirth yet he never stopped loving and respecting him. He was once asked to race with his brother to take rounds of the world, while his brother went for it, he instead took rounds of his parents and propounded that his parents were his world.

Dadashreeji says “RESPECTING YOUR PARENTS IS THE FIRST STEP TOWARDS TRUTH AND SUCCESS. THERE CAN BE NO ALTERNATE TO THIS.”

Very few know that Ganpati ji was a great listener, his extra large sized ears sure did come in handy. Such a good listener that Ved Vyasa chose him to recite the whole Mahabharatha so that Ganesh Ji could pen it down. You see, no one has ever learnt by speaking, it is when you start listening, you start learning. So many of us visit temples to speak but only a handful stay to listen. What is He trying to tell us? How many of us listen and follow our inner voice? Only your inner divine knows what’s best for you.

He is widely preached as the remover of obstacles and his mantras are extensively used in hawans. He followed a very simple principle. LISTEN TO YOUR INNER DIVINE, LET IT GUIDE YOU, LET IT LEAD YOU. He was very well connected to his inner divine and followed it religiously.

Do the same. Let your heart guide you and let it remove all obstacles for you. Take out time to listen to yourself, life is not a race. Feel your self, experience your self. On this auspicious day let us chant Dadashreeji mantra and go inside our inner temple not to speak but to listen, to experience His Divine Love.

At Your Lotus Feet,

Mitr Shivam.
